Michael Lambarth Smith

Michael has over thirty years of experience in the oil and gas industry, starting with Sos Drilling in 1981 as a Field Engineer. He completed long term assignments in Italy, France, Venezuela and quickly progressed through the ranks into senior management roles. He joined EESOGSC in 2011 as Chief Executive Chairman/ Managing Director

In May 2011, Michael L. Smith became Chief Executive Officer/ Managing Director focusing on accelerating growth and delivering safe, effective and troubled free operations in the Company.

Anthony L. Williams L.L.M

Anthony is a lawyer with practical experience spanning over four decades. He joined EESOGSC in 2011 as the legal head and he is in charge of legal documents and processes.

In May 2012, Anthony became ChiefLegal Officer focusing on accelerating growth and delivering safe, effective and trouble-free operations.

Chris Williams

Chris Williams began his oil and gas career in with Oil Drilling Company before joining Smado Drilling in 1999, where he worked in various offshore positions from Assistant Driller to Rig Manager. Chris Williams joined EESOGSC in 2005 as an Procurement Manager.

He was appointed Procurement Manager in 2005 and his responsible for the Company Contract Award / Employments.

Clinton Roland Martin

Engineering- Equipment Supply Oil & Gas Servicing Company Design safety training programs for employee and ensure response to all specific requirements and maintain knowledge of all company safety programs and draft all materials for training programs within required time-frame.
Prepare all HSE training program according to required regulations and prepare schedule of all training programs and ensure all employees receive appropriate training and participate in various committee meetings for site.
Administer all worker compensation cases for employees and maintain safety regulations in compliance with all local departments and inspect all fire protection equipment’s to ensure proper working and document same.
Supervise management of all hazardous waste and maintain records of same and evaluate all air and storm water permits and maintain documents for same and ensure compliance to all HSE programs.
Develop and recommend improvements to all Quality Management Systems and develop and implement efficient global operations emergency response plans and ensure adherence to Engineering- Equipment Supply Oil & Gas Servicing Company.
Provide support to execution of all global operation emergency response plans and manage all emergency situations and design solutions to all issues and design required business tools and execute all HSE procedures and policies.
Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid all accidents and implement all health and safety hazards for all Engineering- Equipment Supply Oil & Gas Servicing Company  Projects.
Monitor all conservation and protection programs and maintain hygiene at facility at all times and prepare required status reports.
Participate in all site safety committees and analyze all job hazard activities and ensure compliance to all EESOGSC  guidelines and perform audit on all activities.

Arnold G. Sheringer

Arnold started his career with Prince oil and Gas in 1988 and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for Scotland in 1991. He then built up 20 years’ financial management experience in the petrochemical industry with the LYG Group including several years in Europe, an assignment in Asia, where he was Director of Finance and Corporate Strategy for its Korean joint venture and the last four years at the headquarters in New York.

Arnold joined EESOGSC as Chief Financial Officer in January 2013 and is responsible for the finance, corporate development of Engineering-Equipments Supply Oil & Gas Servicing Company.

Prince T. Bollings

Morgan Jankel  who work as the Chief  Structural Engineer is the Present Project Manager in Sicily, Italy  who  lead a talented team of professionals Offshore Structural Engineers, Arc Welders,  Architects and Builders with Engineering Equipment Supply Oil & Gas Servicing Company is licensed as a Professional Engineer in three Offshore Project Location  Site B. Offshore Area of Dundee Scotland United Kingdom, Sicily Offshore Area of Italy and Gulf of Mexico and is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects. He is progressive in his knowledge of new and innovative products and ideas and maintains hands on approach to projects. He inspires his team to offer consistent and steady service to support the design professional in their quest to satisfy the Company

Mr. Wilson Donald Williams

Engineering Equipment Supply Oil & Gas Servicing Company   Vice President of Operations & Drilling will work integrally with the   Engineering and the Chief Operating Officer in the design and development of all major capital programs. This individual will also serve on the Executive Committee that currently includes the Chief Executive, the Chief Operating Officer, and the Chief Scientist. This committee works together to set the strategic course of the business as well as to make investment decisions for EESOGSC 
In summary, the  Vice President of Operations & Drilling will be organized, disciplined, and possess well-developed verbal and written communication skills and will be results-oriented while having high standards of ethics and a focus on safety and the environment.
